Workforce
Who are the people? — own staff and contractors' people, the trade each works in, who employs them (for a contractor's person, the supplier number of the contractor company), where they work and who supervises them. No pay, tax, bank or superannuation data is held.
Its central question:
Priya Kaur is fitting the transmission on TRUCK-17: is she one of ours, what trade is she, and who employs her? (C2044, a fitter, employed by the contractor SUP-0042 Example Heavy Components.)
It is a member of the Work & Supply network. Work Management keeps a read-only copy of every employee (its Person table, the same network id) and records the trade on each assignment and time entry; it learns both from Workforce's events and lookups. The Asset Register owns the sites, Supplier the contractor companies.
